Regret upgrading

Every time you reach a daily drinking milestone you are prompted to tweet or Facebook notify the world. I understand its a great way to promote the app but it also makes it more tedious to use. This feature cannot be disabled. Furthermore, you are no longer able to set your own intake goal and must use the predetermined unrealistically high set volume. Mine is 5.6 L and could easily be much higher for other users. These volumes are way too high and could lead to hyponatremia and water intoxication. Please adjust app to allow for more user flexibility.
